Makati City authorities issued the partial Occupancy Permit for The Beacon – Roces Tower last February 13, 2012. This document enables all the unit owners on Levels 6 to 35 who have accepted their units to move into their new homes at their convenience.

We already have a pending application for the occupancy permit for the balance of the building… which we hope to receive very soon.

Francisco Licuanan III of Geo Estate (July)

Francisco Licuanan III was the founding president of Ayala Land Inc. in the late ‘80s and when he retired in 2005, he thought he was on his way to enjoying fruits of his labor. However, in the middle of 2007, he became a part of a new player in the real estate industry via Geo Estate Development Corp.

As chairman of Geo Estate, it was Licuanan’s vision and design for The Beacon, which formed the company’s foundation as a “residential resort.
